Dr. Cass , D.C brings a passion for movement, performance, and injury prevention. Originally from Pennsylvania, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science before relocating to Chesterfield, Missouri in 2022 to pursue her chiropractic education. She graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University in December 2025 and is proud to now call Missouri home.
With over 18 years of specialized classical dance training, Dr. Cass brings a unique understanding of the physical demands placed on dancers and performing artists. Her background allows her to approach care through a performance-based lens, blending clinical expertise with firsthand experience in technique, biomechanics, and injury management. In addition to three years of coaching at World Class All Star Dance, her experience in collegiate strength and conditioning further shapes her ability to support athletes in optimizing movement, preventing injury, and enhancing performance.
Dr. Cass has completed over 200 hours of advanced education in clinical pediatric chiropractic care and is Webster Technique certified with advanced training in perinatal care, allowing her to care for active individuals across all stages of life.
